IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Please take note of the following information.

Free Delivery To Schools

When completing your order online you can select Free Delivery To Schools as one of the delivery options available at checkout. This service is only available up until the point where we make a bulk delivery to each school, typically five weeks after each show.

If when checking out online this option is no longer available, you have missed the deadline for our Free Delivery To Schools service and will need to select our Direct Irish Delivery option.

Direct Irish Delivery

When completing your order online you can choose either Free Delivery to Schools (detailed above) or Direct Irish Delivery to a specified Irish address. If you select direct delivery there is an additional €7.99 charge per order for postage and packing. Direct Irish delivery orders normally take 5 working days.

Order Timelines

Please note: Once a performance has been professionally recorded there is typically a four to five week lead time before orders are available for release. This period of time is used to edit and produce the final show recording, manufacture the physical Digital Download cards.

If you are ordering online after the five weeks production time of any performance, then all orders take 7 working days.

Pre - Orders For Future Events

Pre-ordering of Digital Downloads is available as soon as you have been informed that your child's school is taking part in a Dance Platform event. You can pre-order your Digital Downloads at any point. All pre-orders follow the same timelines as listed above.
