Hello There! We’re delighted you stopped by. Welcome to Mill Productions’ Dance Platform website. Dance Platform is an exciting, non-competitive dance and performing arts event which takes place in Dublin’s Helix theatre every summer and winter.
The vision behind Dance Platform was simple. To professionally produce fun, exciting and non-competitive events that allows children and young adults from all over Ireland to perform in one of Dublin’s premier theatres. To provide a free event that many Dance Schools could not finance independently. To help all students feel the thrill of performing to a live theatre audience.
We run stress-free, supportive and co-operative events where every performer, school and teacher feels supported. Performance Digital Downloads
ORDER ONLINE TODAY
At every Dance Platform event we work with a professional video production company that records each performance. They then produce spectacular Digital Downloads (or DVDs for some of our older performances) which are available to order online or on the day of each event. These brilliant keepsakes are the perfect present for family members or a lovely memento for each performer.
Each Digital Download costs €15, with all the profits helping us fund future Dance Platform events. With the launch of our new Dance Platform website you can now order Digital Downloads online. You can order historic events back to 2022 or pre-order for upcoming and future events.

You are probably reading this section because either you, or your child, is taking part in one of our Dance Platform events. We’ve put together a dedicated page which should give you lots of information about how Dance Platform works, the venue, how you can access tickets and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Ultimately, Dance Platform works by partnering with local dance and performing arts schools. Please remember, that they might have their own rules and procedures about the event and their requirements for the students.
